Sup cendawan Mummy



Resepi ni dapat dari my friend's aunt. Sempat memorize and try kat rumah. I memorized every single details to maintain the recipe’s originality. To my taste, sup ni sedap and light..just nice to pamper our mind esp after a hectic day.. And it is good to warm u.

Ingredients:

~Stock udang (if tak ske, gunala stok ayam..)
~Garlic (ketuk sket je,kasik terbelah)
~Black pepper (tumbuk sket, jgn sampai hancur sgt dahler)
~Cendawan tiram
~Carrot (I prefer French fries-shaped)


Method:
>Mula2 rebus kepala and kulit udang. Then, drain the stock, buang anatomy udang tadi..(jangan buang air rebusan tu plak~)
>In a new pot, tumis garlic dlm 3 ketul. Agak2 naik bau, dunk in the black pepper (dlm 1 sudu besar, tp up 2 ur pedas resistancy).
>Then masukkan stok udang tadi.
>Bring to boil, then bru masuk carrot..then agak cm dh nak lembut..masuk cendawan..Lastly, salt to ur taste..bon appetite..ittadakimas~
